Double shaft mixing extruder

This kind of double shaft mixing extruder is a new product developed by our company on the basis of absorbing advanced experience of similar products abroad, and it is in a leading position in similar products in China. This machine is a kind of raw material processing equipment, applicable to clay, shale, coal gangue and sludge as the main raw materials fired brick production line. Mainly used for the hybrid material and water mixing, extruding and kneading, in order to improve the plasticity of the raw material and forming ability. Stir well, strong carrying capacity, the characteristics of long service life, wide applicable scope.

1. With mixing, extrusion, and the function of the preparation of clay or mud;

2. With the rotation of the mixing shaft, the mixing knife keeps mixing the raw materials evenly and pushing the raw materials to the entrance of the sealing cylinder. Raw materials into the seal cylinder after passes through the compressor head compression, compressed. The compactness is increasing. In this process, the kneading effect of mud further improves the homogenization effect of different properties of raw materials;

3. Under the action of extrusion knife, the raw material is continuously forced out from the compressor, and then the raw material is extruded from the discharge port of the head;

4. In addition, the discharging mouth installation has a pair of relative rotating cutter, will cut into uniform blocks, into the next production process;

5. The main part of the equipment is mainly composed of the following parts:
Transmission motor, pneumatic clutch, hardened gear reducer, gear box, mixing tank, mixing shaft, mixing knife, sealing cylinder, extrusion knife, compression head, mud knife, foundation and other parts;

6. Agitation tank with water pipe, adjust the raw material moisture content;

7. Pneumatic clutch is installed between the motor and the reducer, which is used for overload protection when the equipment frequently starts and stops;

8. The head of the mixing blade and the tropher are made of high chromium alloy and connected with the fixing seat by high-strength bolts, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement.

9. Squeeze out a knife, inner and outer taper sleeve adopts high chromium alloy steel, wear-resistant, easy to change.
